The Challenge
- Our client’s client was threatened with loss of all business after failure of an online team development survey created by a different Web development firm – the survey had errors in code, resulting in miscalculated scores
- Our client had to revise the platform and deliver an exceptional implementation of the online survey to support the team development training process across their own client's sales organization

- Consulted with client and client’s client to design, develop, and implement the online survey
The Results
- Delivered an exceptional product and rebuilt trust with the client's client
