The Challenge

  • An online university faced difficulties with "green screens" and conflicts with exiting information systems databases
  • Client needed a modern Learning Management System to deliver solutions for its primary clientele, the dealership employees
  • Initial multi-million-dollar implementation of an LMS system from another vendor left client with a system that continually crashed – sometimes several times a day

Our Role

  • Rapidly developed a Learning Management System based on client requirements
  • Worked with training group and information systems group to develop and implement the system

The Results

  • Launched a new LMS system in less than six months without any problems.
  • New online training and certification features showed client whether dealership personnel were capable of meeting company standards
  • LMS system became basis for client's Virtual Academy, now used by subsidiaries throughout North America
  • Built lasting respect for Systems Simulations' capabilities within client's information systems group
