- Used e-learning to Create Consistent Dealership Sales Consultant Practices

The Challenge
- We needed to develop a training tool to address the inconsistency in the processes and procedures used by client's dealership sales consultants
Our Role
- Developed scripts for a series of e-learning courses based on dealership best practices
- Visited dealerships to document the scenes and gather actual images
- Designed and programmed the first three e-learning courses using interactive features such as pop-ups, video with hired actors, and testing for certification
- Incorporated all desired changes and tested the course for realistic dealership Internet bandwidth conditions
The Results
- Very successful implementation of the first three modules, which made System Simulations the vendor of choice for the remaining modules
- The dealership sales consultants could get trained in company standards at any computer
- Certification results could be tracked and compared with customer satisfaction ratings
- Use of video showed sales consultants the expected behavior which increased learning
