  • Created e-Learning Course for launch of Incentive Administration System

The Challenge

  • Client had to ensure the successful rollout of a new and different incentive administration system for dealers and staff (internal, field, and corporate)
  • To support this big change, we needed to implement an online, easy-to-use training course that was accessible in a timely manner

Our Role

  • Interviewed all stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements
  • Worked with the client's system-development team to ensure that the e-learning course addressed the Incentive Administration System specification
  • Developed and delivered the e-learning course by deadline

The Results

  • The e-learning course was successfully launched to over 600 dealers as well as to field and corporate staff
  • Part of the success of the Incentive Administration System was attributed to the elearning course
  • Users were impressed with the interactivity and guiding features of the online course
